General
- Paediatrics = ages 1 month–17 years of age.
- Minor head injury: GCS ≥ 13 (excludes: suspicion or proof of child abuse, patients requiring hospitalization for other reasons).
- Pial parenchyma haemorrhage: rare spontaneous haemorrhage in parenchymal. Managed conservatively
- Get MRI an MRA at 6 weeks
