- Krishnan 2024: Out of 200 neonates
- 33% had detectable intracranial haemorrhage on MRI between 11-25 days of birth
- No detectable intracranial haemorrhage was found > 25 days of age.
- All of them had subdural haemorrhages
- 81.8% of which were in the posterior fossa
- Overall incidence of subdural haemorrhage by mode of delivery was
- 11.8% in babies born by caesarean section
- 43.9% in babies born by vaginal delivery
