    • But common in germ cell tumours involving anterior third ventricle, histiocytosis
  • Delayed puberty
  • Diencephalic syndrome
  • Rarely hypersecretory endocrine fxn
  • Visual problems
  • Parinaud eye signs
- Supranuclear upgaze palsy
- Large pupils with light-near dissociation
- Lid retraction (Collier sign)
