  • Injury/compression sites
    • (A) Proximal arm
      • Complete palsy.
      • Usually due to trauma.
      (B) Distal arm
      • Arcade of Struthers.
      (C) Elbow
      • Postcondylar groove.
      • Cubital tunnel.
      • Osborne’s fascia.
      • Anconeus muscle.
      (D) Proximal forearm
      • Flexor-pronator fascia.
      (E) Hand: at Guyon’s tunnel
      • (E1) Proximal 2/3 of tunnel, proximal to ulnar nerve division.
      • (E2) Compression of deep motor division only.
      • (E3) Compression of superficial sensory division only.
